I’ve been looking through your store and product range — from home essentials to health & wellness to pet care — and it’s clear you’ve built a shop that covers a lot of ground for everyday shoppers.
I wanted to flag something that I think matters for where product discovery is heading: AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are increasingly where people ask questions like “what’s a good affordable [product] for [use case]” or “is [product type] safe for pets/skin/daily use.” This is a different channel from social media or search ads, with its own rules for how brands and products get mentioned or recommended.
Right now, most AI systems answer these product questions using sources they consider trustworthy and citable — reviews, structured product content, third-party mentions — and don’t naturally surface individual stores unless there’s clear, citable content to draw from. That means even a store with a solid catalog and loyal customers can be almost invisible in this new discovery channel, while competitors who invest in the right kind of content aren’t.
I’d like to propose putting together a short strategy for improving Luxe Horizon’s visibility in AI-generated answers (sometimes called AEO or GEO — AI/Answer Engine Optimization). This would focus on:
Structuring your existing product and category content so AI systems can reference it accurately
Building the kind of third-party and evidence-based content (reviews, comparisons, guides) AI models tend to trust
Positioning your best-selling products clearly in the categories people are already asking AI about (home essentials, wellness, pet care, personal care)
Happy to share more detail on how this works whenever it’s useful.
Best regards
